- Returns and Exchange Policy
Our product quality is guaranteed. When we sell you a product, the quality is guaranteed to be on par with what we lead you to believe it would be. Our products are High-quality 3D printed products which means the quality is repeatable. However, 3D printed products are not without minor imperfections. For example, 3D printing produces products with visible layer lines. This means the surfaces are not completely “glass” smooth like an injection moulded part. Please understand the appearance of 3D printing before purchasing. If you have any questions about this, please contact us before the purchase.
We also provide returns/refunds for purchases that were made within 12 hours. This includes purchases that are made out of error. Please understand that after 12 hours, the order has begun production and we have then incurred the production expenses.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or if you were genuinely misled by a mistake we made. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at “James@HillfortherSolutions.com” with details of the product and the defect. Please include pictures with your e-mail. It may be easier for us to send you a replacement or replacement parts rather than you sending it back.
If/when you receive your refund, we will replace the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
