Shipping policy

All orders are processed (3D printed and produced) within 12 hours to 2.0 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

The shipping process begins immediately after the production process is completed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The shipping time posted at checkout then begins as soon as the item has shipped.

Please understand that once shipping has begun, we don’t have any control over shipping delays nor the cost of shipping. We are at the mercy of the machine just as you are. We also get frustrated when we are anticipating getting an order and it has been delayed. Especially when it appears that some of the delays are avoidable! Don’t get us started on how expensive shipping is either!

We can only do 2 things that are within our power to help you when your package is shipping:

  • Free shipping in the Greater Edmonton Area on orders over $200 and free in-store pickup. Please send us a confidential E-mail with your delivery address before order. We will deliver it ourselves.
  • We will ensure that the shipping estimates are accurate. We aren’t one of those companies that rounds down to make it seem quicker!

Local delivery

Free local delivery (The Greater Edmonton Area) is available on orders over $200. Please note that in-store pickup is available to all customers during our business hours.

Deliveries are made from 5pm to 9pm on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you 24 hours before our arrival. Please respond to the text message to inform us if the time will need to change. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Hillforther Studios 4810 50th Avenue Leduc, AB T9E 6X9. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 12 hours to 2 business days. We will send you an email or text message when your order is ready along with this reminder. 

Our in-store pickup hours are posted on our Google Business Profile. Since members of our team are still working remotely, please notify us that you plan to come to ensure that a team member will be present.

International Shipping

We offer international worldwide shipping. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hillforther Solutions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We don’t like them either!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at James@HillfortherSolutions.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
